The purpose of the case studies is to understand what contributes to positive outcomes and identify approaches that are potentially adaptable to different products and contexts.

These will be important as sources of inspirations and ideas to work with during the design processes foreseen for the workshop. Preparations for the workshop consist of quick-scans of as many case studies as possible to generate a smorgasbord of ideas, options, approaches, models that could work as adaptable innovations for others.

The third document outlines six different case studies while looking for an answer on the question “How do scaling and inclusion work and combine?”
