On 11-13 April 2012, an international learning workshop is organized to discuss this question. The workshop takes a big picture look at promising efforts emerging from the last decade’s experience in establishing sustainable and equitable agri-food value chains. High-potential options for scalable innovations into the future will be identified.

 

The international workshop will bring together 75-100 senior practitioners who are creating and implementing inclusive business models with those who can provide a constructive overview. The outcome will be a ‘state of the art’ perspective on directions for scaling inclusive market development. It is expected that the workshop will lead to an on-going learning agenda that partners in the event will carry forward.
